Phoebe Chan

California-based vocalist, lyricist, voice actress, and online personality, Phoebe (also known by her online moniker "Feebeechanchibi") aims to create meaningful music and entertainment with kindness and empathy in mind, aiming to touch hearts all over the world. Phoebe has been uploading vocal covers of popular Japanese and English songs on her YouTube channel since January 1, 2010, when she was only in middle school. Now, she has grown from a passionate, budding songbird to into a professional vocalist producing her own original music and touring North America. In particular, Phoebe is known for her soothing, smoky timbre and fairy-like vocals. As music curators Kawaii Fresh remarked, "Phoebe, as the star of the show, displays her airy and cutesy vocals front and center. Thus, delivering an fun and, indeed, whimsical performance."

Born in the U.S. and raised on Japanese pop culture by Filipino parents, Phoebe is a cross-cultural blend of various backgrounds spanning East to West. From a young age, Phoebe had a passion for singing, particularly Japanese music, starting her YouTube channel in middle school at the encouragement of her father, who said that “YouTube is the future.” Now an adult, Phoebe has gone on to become a performer who is often contracted for recording, performing, and even lyric-writing work. She loves singing and writing her own original songs in Japanese and English, and performing them on both the IRL and virtual stages, bridging both cultural and dimensional boundaries. Phoebe makes both singing and acting appearances in games such as Astral Shift Pro and Square Enix's Little Goody Two Shoes (as Freya in both English and Japanese), Anarch Entertainment's NOISZ STΔRLIVHT (as Hikari), PROJEKT GODHAND (Cirra), and Chronal Chain (as Berisz), Inti Create's Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX 2 (as Eve), and Wildfire: Ticket to Rock (as Miyuki). Since she began streaming in May 2020, Phoebe has become Twitch and YouTube partners, as well as an Official Artist on YouTube. Solo, she is a full-time artist currently working to create original songs and self-produced her first original solo EP, Moon Garden (May 2020), her 2nd EP Chill Bee-Ts to Buzz to (April 2021), and most recently her first album All of My Life (February 2023).

After taking a hiatus from livestreaming independently to join Sony Music Entertainment Japan's VTuber agency PRISM Project for a year, Phoebe has now returned to her solo activities as Phoebe. In addition to these solo activities, Phoebe is a member of the virtual band ♡BEAT and the virtual idol group Idolusion!!. She is also formerly a member of idol duo PhEri, with whom she has toured California, and has performed with multiple singers from Japan. Phoebe's dream is to sign on with a major record label one day.
